職務内容: YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for all processes and successful implementation of Corporate and product related Pharmaceutical media relations (incl. trade and business media), product related Pharmaceutical public relations (incl. issues and crisis communication), product related Pharmaceutical online media, such as internet and social media as well as product related internal communications for the area of responsibility
  • Align external communication activities for area of responsibility with the corporate and Business Unit /Division’s marketing strategy.
  • Develop storylines, main messages and Q&As for media relations on all matters including issue management relevant for the responsible area.
  • Build up, enhance and maintain relationships with key media contacts in Japan especially in the Pharma and HealthCare area.
  • Ensure high quality standards for all media relations tools for media communications, such as press releases, speeches, presentations, backgrounders, company internet appearances.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional media / external communications relations experience OR another related discipline - for example marketing communications, sales, digital communications, integrated communications, etc.
  • Communications related experience preferably in the pharmaceutical industry but NOT mandatory

職務内容: YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Effectively partner with SBR and local management / Steers local PGA activities supporting the business priorities / Strengthens Bayer’s external network to relevant stakeholders.
Support political and governmental activities mainly regarding healthcare and its relevant matters by building political networks, ensuring ongoing communication with political institutions and agencies, coordinating political activities, as well as developing strategies and regulations.
  • Provides both leadership and coordination for all Bayer public affairs, policy, NGO advocacy, relations to political stakeholders and government affairs in the country at the federal, state and community levels
  • Directs, coordinates and controls the management of in-country PGA activities fulfilling the requirements of national and state laws and local ordinances according to the parameters given by Global PGA and the businesses
  • Works with each of the Bayer businesses to identify the top strategic issues / initiatives which impact the Bayer businesses both in terms of threats and opportunities
  • Defines areas of strategic action in the legislative and public affairs arenas which can be carried out, in full compliance with all national, state and local laws and regulations, to accomplish business objectives
  • Coordinates the deployment of resources to accomplish the political targets
  • Is responsible for overseeing public policy in alignment with the business divisions, relevant expert functions such as regulatory, as well as corporate functions
  • Builds and maintains appropriate networks and coalitions, including work with trade associations, outreach to NGOs and strategic relationships with key government officials
  • Highlights the risks of business decisions that might negatively impact Bayer’s freedom to operate.
  • Direct and lead all corporate activities associated with governmental relations.
  • Review and monitor proposed and enacted legislations impacting the healthcare industry and Pharmaceutical division.
  • Develop the implementation plan of governmental affairs’ portion of market business plan.
  • Identify, analyze and make proposals for key legislative issues.
  • Support the SBR in various lobbying activities, e.g. EU-Japan business roundtable, German Chamber of Commerce in Japan, NRW-Invest, JETRO, Keidanren
  • Explore potential of lobbying activities for Crop Science and Consumer Health
